Castable anchors:
CH1 – CH2 – CH4 – CH1RL : Castable anchor suitable for hand welding, for thin thickness, corrugated CH4 is always better for more anchoring-Hand welding.
UV – UBL : Castable anchor suitable for hand welding, for single layer with small thickness (typical application : tuyère/boiler) – Hand welding.
V1 – V2 : Castable anchor suitable for hand welding, for thin thickness, but CH type allows easier, stronger, safer welding.
CV1 – CV2 – CV4 – CVRL – ceramic ferrule : Castable anchor suitable for gun welding, for thin thickness.
Castable anchor suitable for hand welding, the bent foot allows easier 90° positioning on steel casing and makes welding longer/stronger.
CBH – HBH – HBR – CBHSG : Castable anchor suitable for hand welding, for thicker linings. This type of anchor presents 2 angles to limit the opening at the tip of the anchors.
STH – CTH – HTH – STP – CTP : Castable anchor for multi-linings/twin-pin.
TWA – TWM – TWU – TWS – TWSS : Castable anchor for hand welding, for multi-linings. Type of anchor used in all industries (cement industry-steel…). The bent foot allows easier 90° positioning on steel casing and makes welding longer/stronger.
YRA – YRB – YHA – YHB : Castable anchor in plate slotted used in many applications.
B-Bricks anchors:
BSTP1/BSTP2 : Brick anchors for linings composed of refractory insulating bricks, this type of lining is common in petrochemistry for example.
Anchors for lining on dense refractory bricks. Anchors usually made from steel casing or mécano-soudé.
Some applications don’t allow the use of metallic anchors, because the temperatures are too high, too many thermal variations, a corrosive atmosphere…Typical example: slab reheating furnace in the steel industry. In this case the lining is anchored with ceramic bricks anchors.These bricks are held by a system of anchors named “scissors” made in round wire and which is directly attached to the metallic outerframe of the furnace. This system corresponds to one set composed of 2 scissors assembled together with a double articulation like a jaw.
Ceramic anchoring elements are used because metallic anchoring systems reach their limits here. Usually on 60% of Alumina content. Higher % on request. Available in dimensions 305, 356 and 406 mm other dim on request.
Claw anchors are in flat material to maintain ceramic anchoring bricks on the wall or hanging from the ceiling of the furnace.
Anchors for fibers:
«CERAFIX» type anchors : Anchors for fibers with content 95 % Al2O3, the cerafix system is used with the presence of high corrosion with temperatures that can reach up to 1500°C). Exists in 2 lengths CERAFIX 1 : 70 mm or CERAFIX 9 : 120 mm. This system is used with a stud PRESSON M6 at the back. (DRS or DRH).
DRS.RT, DRS.CT, DRH, DRT, DRP, POC, LPC, MTC : anchors for fibers composed of : 1 stud in round material for gun welding or hand welding with a thread and a fixing clip placed on the thread on the hot face.
FFS, FFH, FFT, LFF040, LFF060, MTC : anchors for fibers composed of : 1 stud in round material for gun welding or hand welding and fixing clip quarter-turn on the hot face.
INS-INH-LWI : anchors for fibers composed of : 1 stud in flat material for gun welding or hand welding and fixing clip quarter-turn on the hot face.
Cuplocks suitable for this system on request.
CUP-050, CUP-025, WAS CUP : ceramic cuplocks for insulating fiber linings. Used in case of the presence of gas in the furnace which is too corrosive and that the clip can’t support it. System used with a fiberfix stud at the back (FFS or FFH).
